Citywide Commercial Hires Chad Neppl as Senior Vice President

Industry veteran brings 18 years of experience to industrial brokerage team

PHOENIX, May 20, 2021 – Phoenix-based Citywide Commercial has hired Chad Neppl as Senior Vice President, continuing to expand Citywide’s market footprint with senior-level expertise in all  industrial product types and across the metro’s numerous submarkets.

Neppl previously served as Senior Vice President at CRESA, the world’s largest occupier-only commercial real estate brokerage firm. Across his career he has worked at select other high-profile brokerage  firms including Keyser, Commercial Properties Inc. and NAI Horizon.

He is a former Fellow of the International Asset Management Council and member of NAIOP.

Citywide Commercial was founded in the Valley in 2018. Since that time, the firm has more than doubled in size and continues to expand. Citywide is located in the heart of the Camelback Corridor at 2122 E. Highland Ave., Suite 225.
